SafeMLS ENROLLMENT AGREMENT

1) I hereby acknowledge that the LBOR Service Corporation Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and any of its products or services are for my exclusive use.

It is acknowledged by the parties that both the LBOR and Subscriber have an interest in protecting the security of the LBOR System and the LBOR Data contained within the System.

2) LBOR System Access:  The Subscriber agrees not to sell, publish, recompile nor resell LBOR Service Corp. Data, derive products or analysis from the LBOR Data, nor distribute in written, printed or electronic form proprietary or copyrighted information of the LBOR Service Corp. MLS System other than that of his/her Participant's own data, to any person, firm, corporation or entity, whether or not for compensation, without the express written consent of the LBOR Participant and the property owner whose information is so disseminated, except for appraisal or CMA purposes or the marketing of properties or prospective purchasers or tenants.

3) By enrolling your token you agree to the following policies:

          1.  You agree to pay a fee of $40 to purchase/replace a token

          2.  You agree to pay a fee of $25 to re-activate a lost token

          3.  You agree to all LBOR Rules & Regulations, to and including

             not sharing your token with any other user.  If found in violation the

             following will apply:

                   a. 1^st Offense will be a fine of $1000

                   b. 2^nd Offense will be a fine of $1000 and a 30 Day Suspension from the MLS

                   c. 3^rd Offense will be a fine of $5000 and a 1 Year Suspension from the MLS

PLEASE NOTE:  When terminating your membership with the association it is your responsibility to return your SafeMLS Token to the Association office.  If you fail to do so you will be invoiced $50 for the cost of the product.
